You have a wonderful cleaner by the name of Carolyn, we thank you for giving my mother such a kind and efficient cleaner, she is absolutely amazing. And Carolyn if you read this … THANK YOU.. my mother adores you and so do we :) Ps please stay 🙏🏾but I’m sure they will adore you there also x
Bad experience. Since they expanded their facility. Services to residents is poor re quality and care. Like many Aged Care Facilities that are over 60 beds, the food was lacking in presentation and most of all nutrition. Was forced to take my loved one out, due to the above and, other issues. Sadly, Management failed to implement change for the better.
So very caring. I'm in awe of these wonderful people
