Im only putting one star so I can just say how Rude, Roz is. I've never come across anyone as rude as her in my life! She has no compassion and really shouldn't be working in aged care with no heart or feelings towards other people. Very very very rude person!!!!
The management & staff are very professional, caring, compassionate and friendly. They have the residents welfare as a priority in particular during this difficult time with the COVID19. Their high level of commitment is to the highest level. Emma Margarita
I applaud the management and staff at the way they have handled the Covid-19 situation. Yes it is hard not seeing loved ones but I understand the hard decisions made are for the best interest of the residents. They keep us well informed and updated quite promptly whilst keeping up skype appointments which were implemented near on as soon as the first restrictions were introduced. I thank them for their efforts and hard work to keep residents safe at this time which is extremely dangerous especially to the elderly.
Well managed facility, helpful and caring staff.
I would highly recommend the powers that be take long hard look at the Lavender Ward (Dementia). Pretty much an empty room with virtually nothing for the elderly to do. We visited a dear friend there for three years and sadly very few improvements were made. There is so much research out there. Do your homework and find out how you may enrich the lives of those in your care. That said, some of the staff there were caring and kind- working in very difficult circumstances.
