Very happy with the care provided to my mother.
Modern facility, well layed out , own private room and bathroom, with COVID restrictions at present in Aged Care Facilities cannot wonder around unless you are a resident of the facility
Brand new, clean, very comfortable. Staff are fabulous. Doctors and nurses on-site, there's a gym, a pool and even virtual reality games!
My mother has recently been admitted for respite and we have experienced wonderful care and support from all staff members, especially the Residents Manager, Christine Carmichael. The facilities are fabulous and, on mum's day of entry, we were invited to stay for the three course lunch which was delicious. It was good to see mum eating again.
We have found TLC Warralily to have state of the art facilities that are clean, tasteful and a nice place to be. The staff are professional and very caring, and the extra care such as physiotherapy and activities make all the difference for the residents. Highly recommend this facility.
