There's a lot good about this place but a couple of the evening staff are a bit average and seem to be quite childish in the way they deal with problems. Other than that it's good and my mum mostly enjoys being there.
Wonderful run aged care, caring staff. I couldn't have asked for better for my mum.
Care staff are great , nurses are not. My mother was at this facility less than a week and her hip was broken in a fall. Upon re-entering the facility my mum had another medical emergency that required hospitalization. The nurse took about 1hr to call an ambulance. I practically had to yell at her to do it. I would have called it myself but the nurse said it was doing it. However she went off and dispensed medication instead of prioritizing an ambulance. My mother later died in hospital. Do not allow your loved ones to enter this place.
My friend is 96 years old and has been living at Warrawee for the past few years. Myself and his family are all very happy with the care and respect he is shown and also towards us. Also during the Covid crisis they took the utmost of care to protect all of the residents and staff, which we appreciated so much. I highly recommend Warrawee. Suzy Green
I got many dirty looks from staff and food was terrible.
