I’m giving this place a 1/5 as the reception service was undeniably rude as I was lost and went to the wrong age care home I was confronted and confused I was more then polite and respectful putting my mask on and just sitting in the foyer of the reception when the rude receptionist told me to wait outside not being helpful what’s so ever how can we trust in our age care homes if this is how the receptionist treat people so pathetic.
Great facilities, warm and friendly staff who care about the residents.
They really care for my mum. I wish they would keep an extra eye on her teeth cleaning. She is happy - that's all that matters
Love entertaining the residents and the staff are extremely friendly and look after them so well
