I’m going on eighty five and I’ve been in the warrina residential aged care home for a couple of weeks while my son was on vacation. I’m absolutely amazed how the staff manage to cope with all that’s going on. I would like to thank especially Tom and urika. And everyone who helped me with my going to bed Etc. I also want to thank everyone that works in the canteen especially those who helped us with the breakfast. Not to mention the receptionist she was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Thanks so much for your kindness and understanding and support. I’ve got an ulcer on my right lower leg so it’s healing pretty quickly since I was admitted to the retirement home. Thanks to the doctor for advising me about the treatment for the issues I have with the aches and pains including the swelling and ulcer. If I could I could give you a 100 star review

Friendly and supportive staff always seem willing to help. Mum says it feels like home, and has found it super easy to settle in.

There are no words to express the pain that Warinna has put my family through. The absolute incompetence of the medical staff, excluding the ward nurses who try their absolute hardest in a place ruled by pencil pushers. We were sent a bill to the estate within 12 hours of my grandmother dying under horrendous circumstances. ARV should be ashamed.
