I recently worked as an AIN at this facility and I can say the staff are extremely unprofessional and the management do not care in the slightest for their residents. If I could give this place no stars I would. Do not put your loved ones in their care.
My mum was in care in the Christy 1 Dementia Unit, Taylor House for just over two years. The staff were exceptional and I will forever be grateful for the quality of care she was given. To the RN’s, Carers, Kitchen Staff and Cleaners you provided the highest level of professionalism and I will forever be grateful that mum was cared for by you.
Hello, our dear mum Olga was here for 2 and half years ,in Sir David Martin -Leslie Locke Building . The Nursing ,Catering and even Cleaning staff were like family to her. They became our family too.The RN's have the biggest hearts & are so compassionate. We adored them all. Sadly mum has entered eternal life & pain free.We will never forget each and everyone of them ,But Mr Whiddon they need more nurses please.. Thanks for being part of our lives .
My mother was in the Sir David Martin wing for respite care for 4 weeks. The level of care was excellent. The facilities, food, surroundings and the level of care provided by the staff was really 5 STAR.This aged care place is by far the best I have ever encountered. My sincere thanks to the staff for the dedicated manner in which they look after the residents.
My mother spent about 13 years at this nursing home. She passed away at the age of 103 recently. She enjoyed her stay all throughout and always praised the good services offered by the staff. A big thank you to all the staff on behalf of our family.
