This is to extend our appreciation to the management & staff members in Whitehall Aged Care Facility. My father has moved into this age care centre with high care since February this year. The manager (Lilin) who leads the team that they provide high quality of caring services. They are passionate & professional that helps to relieve the stress & worries to the family of the residents. We strongly recommend it to someone who's looking for a nursing home for their loved one.

I visited Whitehall at Lindfield to catch-up with an old school friend’s parent. The staff were very helpful, responsive and happy. You felt so comfortable and welcomed. Nursing homes have been in the news lately, so I was impressed how professional it all was. It was lunch time and I was surprised how good the food is. Better than home cooking and had great flavoursome aroma. I could’ve tucked into the roast chicken, potatoes and greens. I suppose it isn’t huge like a hospital and Chef Sean must be well experienced, catering for I’d guess about 60 people. Afternoon tea was accompanied with in-house made brownies with an offering of ice-cream. Pastitisio or baked pasta was an option for dinner, great menus. Who wouldn’t want to be looked after like this.

Instead of paying a RAD you can choose to pay a Daily Accommodation Payment (DAP) which is a non-refundable daily fee, based on the room price and the maximum permissable interest rate set by the Department of Health and Aged Care.
