I found the care meals and attention here for my dementured dad absolutely first class.... he was difficult at times... funny and interesting at others... but the staff were outstanding... thank you so much
The logde is great.
I called today to speak to an elderly lady who's daughter had past away. I was met with the most cunning and cold woman you have ever had the displeasure of imagining. I am ultimate worried about the care and lifestyle standard people living at this facility if this is the type of communication that is deemed acceptable. The lodge should be ashamed of themselves and I will be taking this matter much further.
