I have to disagree with the review by Lisa Anderson My brother is a VERY HAPPY RESIDENT of Wintringham Eunice Seddon and loves the meals. The residents will definately are not malnourished. The staff are very friendly and assist in every way possible and actually go out of their way. The manager Julie is most helpful and i believe to be honest as i have no reason to think otherwise A jobwell done by all the staff
The quality of food the residents get is very average & looking at the Consumer Experience Reports (CER) it's been like that for a long time. The current manager has not been very honest or flexible. The nursing staff are lovely & the grounds and layout are great.
I love this place so much I need to come here more often
Place is clean but room of resident i visited always has funky smell. Some caretakers are friendly but some are not.
neat and friendly staff
